關於我們

全民健康協會有限公司 (Health for Community Association Limited) (下稱「本協會」) --- 本協會於2017年，由葉沛霖醫生及謝慶綿律師攜手創建，一直致力於促進社區的整體健康。現時為香港註冊的「擔保有限公司」及政府認可註冊慈善團體 (稅局檔案編號:91/19743)。

About Us

Health for Community Association Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") was co-founded in 2017 by Dr. Ip Pui-lam and Lawyer Tse Hing-min. We are dedicated to promoting holistic community health. Currently registered in Hong Kong as a company limited by guarantee, the Association is a government-recognised charitable organisation (Inland Revenue Department File No.: 91/19743).

使命與宗旨

本協會是一個獨立的非牟利機構，旨在促進健康和幫助有需要的長者及人士，造福香港社會並救助貧困。為實現這些目標，本協會將：

  1. 推廣世界衞生組織的健康定義，即身體、精神和社會適應的完好狀態；
  2. 向香港市民推廣健康及醫學知識；
  3. 提升市民的整體健康水平；
  4. 減輕貧困人士和長者的經濟困難；
  5. 舉辦各類活動：
    • 社會調查和研究並公佈結果；
    • 定期舉辦健康講座和研討會；
    • 提供非牟利的醫療服務；
    • 派發醫療物資支援有需要的人士。

Mission and Vision

As an independent non-profit making organisation, the Association aims to promote public health, assist the elderly and individuals in need, thereby benefiting Hong Kong society and alleviating poverty. To achieve these goals, we will:

  1. Advocate the World Health Organization's definition of health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being";
  2. Disseminate health and medical knowledge to Hong Kong citizens;
  3. Enhance the overall health standards of the public;
  4. Alleviate the financial burdens of underprivileged individuals and the elderly;
  5. Organise activities including:
    • Conducting social surveys and research with published findings;
    • Holding regular health seminars and workshops;
    • Providing non-profit medical services;
    • Distributing medical supplies to those in need.

服務範圍與發展

本協會自2017年創立之初，即在美孚新邨設立辦事處，積極推動健康教育及社區服務。
承蒙葉劉淑儀女士, GBM, GBS, JP 鼎力支持，自創會起擔任本協會永遠榮譽顧問。
2022年初起，隨更多志同道合者加入，服務範圍逐步拓展至 港島東區、南區、中西區、離島區、沙田區、大埔區及北區。
2025年3月，本協會正式成立首屆執行委員會，並榮幸邀得以下人士擔任要職：

  • 永遠榮譽顧問：行政會議召集人 葉劉淑儀女士, GBM, GBS, JP
  • 榮譽會長：王則翠慈善基金董事 王文揚醫生
  • 顧問：
    • 行政會議成員 高永文醫生, GBS, JP
    • 立法會議員 黎棟國先生, GBS, IDSM, JP
    • 香港大學副校長（健康）暨李嘉誠醫學院院長 劉澤星教授, BBS, JP
    • 立法會議員 林哲玄醫生

本協會與多個理念相同的團體及專業人士合舉多元活動，包括定期健康檢查(血糖/血壓測量)、免費中醫及脊醫義診、專題健康講座、疫苗注射及各類促進身心健康活動。

Our Service Scope and Development

Since its establishment in 2017, the Association has operated from its office in Mei Foo Sun Chuen, actively promoting health education and community services.
We are honored to have Ms. Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee, GBM, GBS, JP serve as our Life Honorary Advisor since inception.
From early 2022, with more like-minded individuals joining, our service coverage has expanded to Eastern District, Southern District, Central & Western District, Islands District, Sha Tin, Tai Po, and North District.
In March 2025, the Association formally inaugurated its inaugural Executive Committee and is honored to appoint the following distinguished individuals to key positions:

  • Life Honorary Advisor: Mrs. Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee, GBM, GBS, JP, Convenor of the Executive Council
  • Honorary President: Dr. Wong Man-yeung Ryan, Director of The Wong Chak Chui Charitable Foundation Limited
  • Advisors:
    • Dr. Ko Wing-man, GBS, JP, Member of the Executive Council
    • Mr. Lai Tung-kwok, GBS, IDSM, JP, Legislative Council Member
    • Professor Lau Chak-sing, BBS, JP, Vice-President & Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health) of University of Hong Kong (Interim) & Dean of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong
    • Dr. Lam Tzit-yuen David, Legislative Council Member

The Association collaborates with multiple like-minded organizations and professionals to deliver diverse activities, including: regular health screenings (glucose and blood pressure measurements), free Chinese medicine and chiropractic consultations, thematic health seminars, vaccination services, and various wellness initiatives.
